Position : 운용팀 차~부장급 해외펀드 담당 운용역

[Main responsibilities & Accountabilities]

● Asset/Fund Management
- Responsible for outbound & inbound real estate asset/fund management for funds in charge by taking leads in all asset/fund management tasks on schedule including, but not limited to, developing / implementing business plan, asset enhancement, fund finance, regulatory filing and reports, exit strategy and key problem solution.
- Assist with and provide recommendation to HoD (Head of Department) in decision making for asset/fund management based on prudent review and analysis on the subject tasks in compliance with business plan and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise/manage/develop subordinate staff to perform duties delegated as planned to achieve performance goals, enhance teamwork, and maximize growth potential.
- For new fund establishment, provide inputs required from asset/fund management perspective and coordinate/review/verify due diligence process.
- Cooperate with internal and external parties on asset/fund management and corporate initiatives.
- Fully comply with corporate policies & procedures and regulatory requirements related to asset/fund management business.

● Relationship management and Others
- Assist with HoD in building up relationships with strategic partners, including investors, developers and service
partners, etc.
- Monitor, and share with team, the market intelligence as a useful source in performing duties.
- Ad-hoc tasks required for corporate needs.

[Requirements]
- Min. 10 years of experience in real estate industry & Min. 5 years in REF asset management.
- Strong Financial modeling, Analysis & Documentation skills (Excel, Power Point, MS Word).
- Strong English Skill (writing/speaking/listening)
- Strong Negotiation and Inter-personal skills.
- Leadership, Team player, Multitasking and Flexibility.
- Above Bachelor’s Degree required with a focus in Finance, Economics, Real Estate and Architecture preferred.
- Qualified as REF professional preferred.
- Real estate related certificate holder preferred (CCIM, CPA, CPM, CFA, Appraiser, etc.)
