We’re looking for a Client Services Manager / Client Services Executive to join our Private Assets Business Solution team that delivers effective and efficient client servicing and reporting support to the Client Directors.

What you'll do

This position is responsible for supporting Private Assets Sales Team as well as Private Assets Business Solution Team Lead. This will broadly encompass services throughout whole PA fund cycle i.e. sales and marketing activities, establishing fund structure, monitoring and conducting ongoing management of the funds, and supporting prospects and investors. This requires in depth knowledge of various PA products, investment and operation activities of the funds, and local regulatory requirements.


1. Sales support
-Fully support PA sales directors at all times, ensuring timely and effective co-ordination of all activities, using all relevant tools and information at their disposal. This may include translating and updating client presentation materials, drafting RFP/RFI, Salesforce and Pardot management, etc.

-Liaising with relevant internal and external parties ensuring all AML/KYC documentation is sourced for new and existing relationships as guided by the group policies

-Facilitate the implementation of any client operational requirements that include bespoke reports, relationship meetings, client due diligence, programs, events, etc.

2. Establishment of local vehicle

-Support PA fund onboarding process i.e. co-ordination local and overseas teams of new product requirements, review and completion of fund documents, execution of fund related agreements, new product approval process, etc.

-Build a robust relationship with internal and external teams to ensure a seamless link of key business areas that drive success closure of our mandate and ensuring full integrity of fund terms and schedule

3. Ongoing management of portfolio and meet client request

-Carry out transaction monitoring of PA funds such as capital call process from investors to overseas transfer, deposit and payment of income, accounting, FSS reporting/approval, etc., to ensure completeness of each team’s tasks.

-Improved quality of quarterly management reports with consistency throughout the funds

-Coordinate a variety of customized management reports (both scheduled and ad hoc), including quarterly results, plan/forecasting, capital and liquidity monitoring, portfolio composition, pipeline and financial status upon request by a local regulator, clients, and appointed valuation agencies.

Essential Skills / Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the financial sector preferably in Asset Management
- Solid understanding of structure and operational flow of local FOF vehicle
- Good understanding of investment products in private assets especially infrastructure finance, private equity and/or real estate
- Aspiration to learn and grow in middle and back office function
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask while adapting to changing priorities
- Team player with great interpersonal skills and work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Korean and English language
