- Aging around mid 30s; <br/>
- Korean title of Kwajang; <br/>
- Job experiences in asset management companies and/or securities companies with minimum 5 years as a salesperson; <br/>
- Good in presentation skill; <br/>
- Good in building relationships with institutional clients; and <br/>
- Good in English (preferred) <br/>
